✓ It is located just across the road from that long stretch of soft sand and swimming beaches at Klong Nin, with all those sunset bars dotting the area.
✓ The pool. Large, clean, well-designed-a great option to the sea for a cool dip during the heat of the day.
✓ Big room. Clean. New modern amenities-ac private balcony overlooking either pool or garden.
✓ The staff are friendly and helpful, assisting scooter rentals, tours, or transfers with genuine smiles. Service is prompt but not overpowering.
✓ Very high value for money. Resort-style facilities and comfort for a rate that is often very competitive for the island.

× Located near the main road. Some traffic noise in the rooms closer to the front from passing motorbikes and trucks.
× It is not directly beachfront in the sense that you step out of your room onto the sand; you have to cross the street to reach the ocean.
× Because of the lush gardens, mosquitos can be a problem. This is also generally the case all over Koh Lanta.

Value for Money Very good value. Feels more expensive than it is because of the nice pool and clean rooms.
Service Quality 5/5 for hospitality. The team goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
Location Convenience Great central location on the island. However, crossing the road to the beach brings down that perfect score.
Area & Access There is a certain energy to the place, but it remains laid back. Klong Nin offers an excellent choice of beach bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Cleanliness Level Very good; they keep the bungalows clean and the water in the swimming pool is crystal clear.
Breakfast Experience Standard breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit). For lunch or dinner, better check out one of the places nearby.
